Job Summary

Supporting the creation and maintenance of application systems, the full-time Developer-IT will assist with installation, modification, testing, and documentation of departmental and enterprise-wide applications while working onsite at the School of Medicine Campus in Baltimore, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full life-cycle of projects, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation under direct supervision
• Contribute to requirements gathering by meeting with clients and senior IT colleagues to understand business needs and document findings
• Support the creation of test scenarios and documentation to validate application functionality and ensure effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience with statistical software such as STATA, SAS, Python, or R
• Familiarity with database maintenance and application system code support
• Basic understanding of project life cycle methodologies
• Ability to document technical processes and findings effectively
