Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer L3 - Product Support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own complex issues end-to-end, including investigation and resolution of escalated tickets
  • Support active project deployments by troubleshooting issues and validating deployment prerequisites
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production behavior, proposing and verifying remediation plans
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in software engineering, application support engineering, SRE, or similar roles
  • Strong experience with relational databases, ideally SQL Server, including T-SQL query analysis
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, including APIs and scheduled dataflows
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure, including Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot collaboratively in a remote/async environment
