Job Summary
Thriving in the creative chaos of early-stage startups, the full-time Developer Marketing Lead will own the marketing strategy and execution, focusing on campaigns for both developer-led and enterprise audiences, while working remotely or from San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run marketing campaigns targeting both developer communities and enterprise executives
- Execute demand generation strategies targeting large engineering organizations and create executive-level messaging
- Manage the full acquisition funnel, including community sponsorships, paid campaigns, SEO, and events
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on marketing to developers
- Proven track record in demand generation and scaling acquisition funnels
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions
- Experience in resourceful execution within lean startup environments
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Product, Sales, and DevRel teams
