Developer Relations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer (API).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority on the API, assisting customers with authentication, endpoint usage, and data management
• Diagnose issues by reviewing payloads and logs, providing troubleshooting support, and escalating complex problems to Engineering
• Create and maintain developer resources, including examples, documentation, and integration walkthroughs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supporting developers with API integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods
• Ability to read, write, and debug code in languages such as Python or cURL
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, and JIRA
• Experience in building integrations with various third-party applications
