Developer Relations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a founding Developer Relations Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the creation of a new Developer & Agent Interface capability, driving developer activation and adoption metrics while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own developer activation across APIs, SDKs, and emerging agent interfaces, driving measurable adoption metrics
• Develop technical narratives, launch content, and documentation to establish Payward as a leading developer platform
• Represent developers internally, identifying friction points and influencing product direction to enhance the developer experience

Required qualifications

• Experience building and scaling developer adoption at a top-tier developer platform company
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to read OpenAPI specifications and engage engineers as a peer
• Proven track record of owning measurable adoption outcomes
• Exceptional storytelling skills with experience in creating launch posts and delivering keynotes
• Deep understanding of modern developer ecosystems and workflows
