Developer Relations Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Developer Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategy for Developer Relations and Experience to support product adoption and customer value
• Influence cross-team strategies and drive hands-on activations to enhance developer success and onboarding
• Establish structured feedback loops between developers and internal teams to improve the overall developer experience

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in Developer Relations or related technical advocacy roles, with 7 years in leadership
• Strong technical foundation to discuss APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows
• Proven track record in building communities and programs that resonate with developers
• Experience shaping developer onboarding, documentation, and engagement programs
• Established presence or reputation within developer communities or open-source ecosystems
