Developer Relations Programs Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer & Security Relations Programs Director to design and scale programs connecting research and technology with the developer and security community.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale Developer & Security Relations programs across vulnerability disclosure and researcher engagement
• Collaborate with Security Research and AI Engineering teams to operationalize external research engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with key members of the security research and developer communities

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in developer relations, security relations, or technical community programs
• Deep understanding of application security and vulnerability disclosure workflows
• Proven track record in building and scaling external-facing technical or community programs
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing, AI-native security company
• Experience in public speaking and technical writing within the security community
