Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer to enhance developer experience and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to developers, including implementation guidance and architectural consultations
- Collaborate on product development and build internal tools to improve support operations
- Contribute to technical documentation and investigate product bugs in collaboration with the engineering team
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript development
- Extensive experience with React and Next.js
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
- Ability to understand and debug complex technical issues
