Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom to provide support
• Serve as an expert on the company's products and provide technical advice on API integration
• Troubleshoot developer issues and gather customer feedback for product development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role for a developer-focused product
• Strong understanding of technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Passion for educating others and simplifying complex concepts
