Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with developers and teams using the platform
• Triage, file, and fix bugs, respond to support tickets, and write sample and production-quality code
• Regularly engage with customers to ensure their success and collaborate with sales and partnerships teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an engineer with a focus on customer advocacy
• Ability to read and understand code, with a willingness to learn new programming languages quickly
• Natural teaching ability and a passion for helping others succeed
• Experience working with a community of developers is a plus
• Contributions to open-source software (OSS) are advantageous
