Job Summary

Developer Success Engineer, responsible for guiding customers through technical milestones to accelerate adoption and growth, working full-time in a role that emphasizes onboarding, deployment best practices, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customers through defined technical motions to accelerate their adoption and launch
• Provide implementation guidance for best practices in builds, caching, and web performance
• Author and maintain resources such as documentation and playbooks to scale learnings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, technical support, or solutions engineering
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and modern web performance best practices
• Familiarity with troubleshooting frontend build systems and serverless runtimes
• Experience using Vercel or Next.js, or a comparable platform
• Passion for helping developers succeed and creating scalable resources
