Developer Success Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Developer Success Engineer will guide external developers in integrating with Loop's public APIs, set up sandbox environments, and support testing and validation of integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide external developers through Loop's APIs and assist in planning their integrations
• Set up and maintain sandbox environments for integration partners to build and test
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support developers in self-serving and succeeding with integrations

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer with exposure to APIs and integrations
• Comfortable with modern web stacks; experience with PHP/Laravel is a plus
• Ability to write clear technical documentation, including API references and guides
• Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems and experience with webhooks or third-party integrations
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working directly with developers
