Developer Success Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the developer experience, the full-time Developer Success Lead will manage API support, create onboarding materials, and foster a developer community while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the developer support experience across various channels, troubleshooting API-related issues
• Create onboarding materials and workflows to facilitate successful API integrations for developers
• Establish and manage the developer community, including norms and feedback processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developer success, technical support, or related fields
• Experience supporting APIs, SDKs, or cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and developer onboarding processes
• Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot code examples
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
