Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in the development and use of the platform

Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in programming logic and integration patterns
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and API
- Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, security, and mTLS
- Ability to handle critical incidents with agility and effective communication
- Fluency in English
