Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in the development and use of the platform
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer problems
  • Manage multiple support cases and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge in programming logic and integration patterns
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and API
  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, security, and mTLS
  • Ability to handle critical incidents with agility and effective communication
  • Fluency in English
