Developer Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ring Developer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for third-party developers integrating Ring APIs
• Document common issues and solutions, and contribute to knowledge management resources
• Triage complex technical issues and gather developer feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with REST API services and web-based applications
• Strong debugging skills and experience in identifying bugs in architecture and performance
• Understanding of video streaming, motion detection, and IoT device concepts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills for documentation purposes
