Job Summary
To support a growing Developer Support team, the full-time remote Developer Support Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of issues, build internal tooling for team efficiency, and enhance application performance while leveraging AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of issues, including triage, diagnosis, and prevention of high-impact problems
- Develop internal tools to empower the Technical Success team and automate manual processes
- Provide feedback to product squads on recurring issues and user reports to improve product reliability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript
- Proven experience in managing production issues end-to-end in a developer support or reliability role
- Strong familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development
- Demonstrated high agency and ownership in problem-solving and project management
- Experience in a startup or scale-up B2B SaaS environment
