Developer Support Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Support Programmer to join their team and support major AAA titles and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for developers' technical problems and help requests related to DevOps services and pipeline tools
• Resolve common issues independently and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
• Create and maintain documentation to assist development teams in working more efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or software engineering
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and live service operations
• Understanding of software development processes and version control systems (Perforce/Git)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services
• Troubleshooting abilities across diverse tech stacks
