Development Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the construction and development teams, the full-time remote Development Accounting Manager will manage multiple construction project accounts, track costs, and prepare financial statements while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Account for multiple construction projects and track all associated costs
• Prepare project financial statements and assist with corporate consolidated financial statements
• Implement new processes within the accounting department and ensure compliance with payment requirements

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook
• Experience with Sage, CMIC, and Netsuite is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage stress
• Relevant education or experience in accounting or finance
