Development and Communications Manager

Job Summary

Supporting fundraising and organizational communications, the part-time Development and Communications Manager will manage donor outreach, fundraising campaigns, and content creation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ECAN's annual fundraising plan and coordinate donor stewardship and fundraising activities
• Create engaging content for various platforms, manage social media and email communications, and maintain website content
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to coordinate development and communications projects and assist with reporting on activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Three or more years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, communications, or marketing
• Experience with donor communications, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with nonprofit CRM/database systems and digital communications platforms preferred
