Development and Partnership Manager

Job Summary

To support the mission of enhancing mental wellness in the veterinary profession, the full-time remote Development and Partnership Manager will manage fundraising initiatives, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, and assist in marketing efforts to increase organizational awareness and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of annual fundraising and development strategies, including donor outreach and campaign management
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the veterinary industry, coordinating outreach and follow-up activities
• Assist in executing marketing and communication strategies, including social media and promotional materials for events and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, marketing, or a related area preferred
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and basic marketing analytics preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a small team
