Job Summary

Development Assistant provides full-time administrative and organizational support to the Development team, ensuring smooth operations through scheduling, task management, and grant-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage documents, and take meeting notes
  • Oversee project tracking in Zoho Projects/CRM and monitor deadlines
  • Assist with grant tracking, preparation, and donor research
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative, development, or nonprofit experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Zoho experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Interest in nonprofit development and fundraising
  • Fluency in English
