Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and organizational support, the full-time remote Development Assistant will manage schedules, oversee project coordination in Zoho, and assist with grant-related activities to ensure smooth operations within the Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage documents, and prepare meeting notes
  • Track and organize projects in Zoho, monitor deadlines, and assist in managing workflows
  • Support grant tracking, preparation of materials, and conduct donor research
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative, development, or nonprofit experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Zoho is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Interest in nonprofit development and fundraising
