Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CHA Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project support, including data collection and analysis
• Produce donor materials such as reports, presentations, and marketing content
• Support fundraising and engagement activities with key donors, ensuring high-touch hospitality and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in fundraising, event planning, or related fields
• 2-3 years' experience in nonprofit development or volunteer management
• Experience with CRM and/or donor databases preferred
• Experience or education in Marketing or Communications is a plus
