Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Associate to advance its fundraising agenda through donor engagement and major gift program support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth of major gift prospect pool through research and relationship-building activities
• Project manage email engagement and donor cultivation campaigns, coordinating with the Communications Team
• Lead the development of annual reports and donor collateral while ensuring CRM accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of development experience, preferably in an advocacy environment
• Experience in donor engagement and stewardship of individual donors
• Experience with CRM maintenance and use, or ability to learn new digital platforms quickly
• Sound judgment in handling confidential donor information
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
