Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Associate to support the advancement of energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, strategic, and process support throughout the project development lifecycle
• Assist with advancing development of assigned projects to construction-ready status
• Maintain project data and support transactional activities as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in development, preferably in land development, energy, or real estate
• Expertise in the land project development process
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial tools
• Knowledge of surveying and utility service connection processes
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, project management, or a related field; Master's preferred
