Development Coordinator, Israel

Job Summary

To support institutional fundraising efforts, the part-time remote Development Coordinator, Israel will manage grant proposals, coordinate the full grant lifecycle, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and submit grant proposals to Israeli foundations and government ministries, coordinating the full grant lifecycle
• Prepare grant documentation, including proposals, reports, and budgets, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Maintain accurate grant records and support institutional giving activities through effective collaboration with internal teams

Required qualifications

• Based in Israel and authorized to work in Israel
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with strong written communication skills in both languages
• Experience managing grants from Israeli foundations or government ministries
• Familiarity with Israeli institutional funders such as Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) and the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce for grant management
