Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing fundraising plans across multiple entities to advance feminist political and cultural change
• Raising annual revenue for the organization by managing the development team and engaging with donors
• Leading fundraising efforts for all three entities to meet annual budget goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of fundraising experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven success in securing institutional gifts and major donations
• Experience managing fundraising goals and tracking systems for a nonprofit organization
• Ability to effectively communicate with high-level stakeholders
• Capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
