Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and programs for financial growth
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate new corporate sponsors, volunteers, and committee members
• Organize community engagement opportunities to raise awareness about cystic fibrosis and the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years of fundraising experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong customer service and volunteer management experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
