Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Director (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of individual donors through all stages of the donor cycle and direct major gift strategies
• Develop and execute a stewardship strategy to build long-term donor relationships and engage alumni and parent constituencies
• Oversee donor database management, communications, and development operations, including grant research and proposal drafting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree is a plus
• 5+ years of fundraising and development experience, preferably in a university or Jewish communal setting
• Connection to Judaism and understanding of customs and traditions
• Proven success in identifying and soliciting gifts above $1,000 and executing annual fundraising campaigns
• Experience managing donor or customer relation databases
