Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's mission
• Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and deadlines
• Cultivate relationships with various partners, enhancing donor engagement and support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in fundraising or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• B.A. or B.S. degree (or equivalent experience of 5 additional years)
• Proven success in securing six-figure gifts and grants
• Strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape and systemic change initiatives
• Experience with CRM systems and donor databases
