Development Director

Job Summary

Leading fundraising and external engagement efforts, the full-time salaried Development Director will develop and execute strategies across various donor streams while managing a multi-faceted annual fundraising portfolio in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual fundraising strategy aligned with site goals
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, foundation, government, and individual donors
• Coordinate grant submissions and manage multiple concurrent fundraising projects and events

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit partnerships
• Demonstrated success in building and stewarding donor relationships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with grant writing and donor stewardship preferred
