Development Director

Job Summary

To enhance fundraising efforts in the assigned region, the full-time salaried Development Director will lead the development and execution of strategies, manage a small team, and oversee fundraising campaigns and events to secure financial resources for the organization's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the region's strategy, goals, objectives, and action plans for fundraising
• Identify, cultivate, and engage existing donors and new prospects while managing fundraising events
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and budgets for development-related programs and events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
• Demonstrated fundraising experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
