Development Director

Job Summary

Leading and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, the full-time salaried Development Director will drive philanthropic revenue growth and long-term financial sustainability while working in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grants
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with donors, funders, and community stakeholders to enhance philanthropic investment
• Manage a robust donor pipeline and strengthen fundraising systems to achieve annual revenue goals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Strong understanding of philanthropic landscape and fundraising strategies
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to develop data-informed strategies to drive fundraising success
• Leadership experience, particularly in a senior management role
