Development Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the development of a comprehensive training program, the remote Development Enablement Specialist will design and implement a tiered developer training curriculum, document governance processes, and provide ongoing technical support to enhance developer confidence and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop a tiered developer training program, including modules on AI usage and sensitive data handling
- Document the risk overlay framework and establish an ongoing compliance model for training and access management
- Provide technical assistance and serve as the first point of contact for developers facing process or tooling questions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, software development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Git and CI/CD
- Experience developing and delivering technical training or enablement content
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences
