Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of new products and manufacturing processes
Design for manufacturability, inspectability, and optimum cost
Participate in root cause analysis and coordinate product evaluation with surgeons

Required Qualifications

Experience in geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) and geometric evaluations
Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SOLIDWORKS
Experience with the Paragon 28 system is preferred
Ability to prepare work plans and project budgets
Experience in product testing and analysis protocols
