Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new products and manufacturing processes while preparing work plans and budgets
• Design for manufacturability and inspectability while participating in root cause analysis
• Coordinate product evaluations with surgeons and prepare definitive new product documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) and geometric evaluations
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SOLIDWORKS; experience with Paragon 28 is preferred
• Ability to lead small scope projects or contribute to larger project teams
• On-the-job training experience for new engineers is beneficial
• Understanding of design control procedures and project management
