Job Summary

Leading a diverse team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Development Engineer III will manage complex engineering assignments, ensuring the successful design, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assesses product development requirements and analyzes complex technical issues, offering innovative solutions to improve product design and functionality
• Assists in managing large-scale engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or Physics
• 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory codes
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers
