Development Feasibility Expert

Job Summary

Experienced in producing and reviewing block and test fits, the contract Development Feasibility Expert will work remotely to validate AI-generated feasibility outputs, ensuring compliance with planning constraints and providing expert judgment on development schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test fits rapidly using internal tooling while ensuring accuracy and feasibility
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for compliance with planning policies and development norms
• Collaborate with engineering and domain teams to enhance workflow accuracy and output quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in block fits, test fits, or development feasibility work
• Strong knowledge of planning policy and development constraints in major markets (UK, US, or European cities preferred)
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino
• Ability to articulate the viability of schemes beyond just production
• Clear written communication skills suitable for asynchronous workflows
