Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Lead to design, develop, and support an Automation System for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all design, development, integration, and implementation tasks for the Automation System
• Lead and coordinate development activities, ensuring compliance with system requirements and security standards
• Oversee accessibility audits and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in applications development, including three years in a leadership role
• Experience managing agile or hybrid agile software development methodologies for at least three years
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience developing APIs and web services for high-volume transactional systems for at least three years
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases for at least five years
