Development Lead/Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of scalable software solutions, the full-time remote Development Lead/Architect will focus on modern frontend frameworks and backend development, ensuring code quality, mentoring developers, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design small-to-medium systems and ensure feature architecture aligns with project goals
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews, coaching developers on best practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing both backend and frontend components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend technologies (Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go)
• Strong understanding of SQL-based data stores and API design (RESTful or GraphQL)
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust (High) clearance
