Development Line Producer

Job Summary

Managing multiple shows in various stages of development, the full-time remote Development Line Producer will oversee the operational aspects of the development process, including staffing, budget tracking, and production logistics while ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and build core leadership teams for each show, ensuring they have the necessary tools and schedules to meet development milestones
• Manage the day-to-day development processes, including pilot scripts, casting, and visual development, while tracking schedules and budgets across all active projects
• Coordinate production logistics for proof-of-concept vertical slices and facilitate smooth transitions from development to full production

Required qualifications

• Experience as a line producer or production manager in animation, live-action, or games, with a focus on development
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in staffing and recruiting for creative teams
• Proficiency in budget tracking and project-level reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide accurate status updates to executives
