Development Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Development Manager, the full-time remote position will manage donor prospecting, oversee the CRM and annual fund strategy, and produce donor communications to enhance philanthropic revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and qualify individual donor prospect lists and prepare briefing documents for cultivation conversations
• Own and maintain the CRM system, design the annual fund strategy, and manage donor stewardship efforts
• Oversee the communications strategy for fundraising initiatives, ensuring coherent narratives for donor-facing materials

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of nonprofit development experience with a focus on individual donor cultivation
• Demonstrated track record of measurable fundraising outcomes, including donor retention and annual fund growth
• Experience in building or managing a donor CRM and development systems
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in donor communications and grant proposals
• Proven ability to create structure and execute independently in an entrepreneurial environment
