Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Expert knowledge in R&D sub functions, Software Development Life Cycle, and cloud/SaaS technologies
Experience in managing and leading teams through organizational change
Previous success in developing department goals aligned with organizational objectives
Strong interpersonal skills, outcome-focused, and drive a high-performance environment
