Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising events to meet financial targets
• Support recruitment and stewardship of event participants and community partners
• Analyze event performance and ensure adherence to budgets and sponsorship plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 or more years of professional experience
• Experience in Peer-to-Peer campaign fundraising preferred
• Experience in recruiting and managing teams preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing software; Salesforce experience preferred
