Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to support its financial sustainability through fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and secure funding opportunities from various sources
• Manage the grant lifecycle, including proposal writing and reporting
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders and organize fundraising events

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a track record in securing significant grants
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Suite, and project management tools
• Knowledge of DEI principles and fundraising best practices is a plus
• Experience working with funders in California is preferred
