Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet or exceed a $400,000 annual revenue goal
• Organize and manage peer-to-peer fundraising events, including a flagship walk campaign
• Recruit, support, and retain volunteer leaders, participants, donors, team captains, and committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising and event execution
• Proficiency in using online fundraising platforms and generating performance data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Availability to travel within the assigned region and to work occasional evenings or weekends
