Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to enhance donor engagement and manage fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate donor engagement strategies and manage regional fundraising events
• Oversee corporate sponsorship and employee engagement events, ensuring strong relationship management
• Supervise the Development Coordinator and support the creation of fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA from an accredited U.S. institution
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
• Experience managing staff, interns, or volunteers
• Familiarity with CRMs, donor databases, and moves management processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including event execution
