Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager-Information Technology to lead their development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of internal developers, providing clear expectations and ongoing support
• Manage project intake, task assignments, and ensure balanced workloads
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and prioritize incoming requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management or project leadership role
• Proven leadership style characterized by urgency and ownership
• Technical fluency in Azure, APIs, SQL/MySQL, and scripting concepts
• Experience implementing process improvements and enhancing workflows
