Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to oversee application support and maintenance while providing leadership to a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supervision of development team members and collaborate with cross-functional managers
• Guide the team on design, development, security, and deployment of solutions and software systems
• Facilitate performance management and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field
• 10+ years of software development leadership experience
• 3+ years of people management experience in large complex organizations
• Experience with various development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Strong working experience with Jira and application development on Java Spring framework
