Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead its development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and prioritize incoming requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management or project leadership role
• Proven leadership style characterized by urgency and ownership
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com
• Technical fluency in Azure, APIs, SQL/MySQL, and scripting concepts
